At She Slays Fashion, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our policy below:

No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges Only
We offer exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Item must not be damaged or altered

Exchange Process

  • Customer is responsible for all delivery/shipping costs associated with the exchange

  • Items must be returned within the 48-hour window

  • Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items marked as sale or clearance (if you choose to enforce this later)

  • Worn or damaged items

  • White items are not available for exchange. 

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
